General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) apply to all services offered by Aviga AG except seminars, in all locations, and are therefore an integral contractual component of all registrations.

2. Registration

Registration for our services takes place in writing online via our booking system or via our registration form at www.aviga.ch/en. By signing the registration form or booking online, the customer acknowledges these GTCs. Verbal registrations are not accepted. There is no provisional registration.
By registering, customers agree that their registration details may be processed and stored electronically for internal purposes and for official statistics, as well as for advertising. Our advertising can be cancelled at any time by either a verbal or written communication.

3. Performance

The performance of services shall be confirmed in writing via email. In exceptional cases, the dates may be postponed. You will be informed in good time if this is the case.

4. Cancellations and withdrawal

There is no right to damages if you cancel the services.
For cancellations received more than 20 week days before the services are due to begin, we charge a processing fee of 10% of the amount agreed or owed, but no less than CHF 50.
There is no option of withdrawal after the arranged services have begun. In this case the costs will not be refunded.
Special regulations may apply to withdrawal with due cause.

5. Failure to deliver services

A cancelled service/consulting session will be replaced by another appointment if the cancellation was caused by aviga or an aviga representative. The reimbursement of travel expenses and other costs arising from replacement appointments is excluded.
A service/consulting session which the customer fails to attend cannot be replaced by another appointment. Costs will not be reimbursed following non-attendance of appointments.
